Changing States

Our new topic is a science one called Changing States. We are going to be scientists making investigations, asking questions and collecting data learning about solids, liquids and gases.

                                          After 40 minutes ...
Today we started by mixing Red Bull drink  and vinegar into milk. Red Bull and vinegar are acids. 
They caused the milk to curdle and the protein called casein to separate.  The milk became thick  on the top and looked frothy.

Today we concentrated on using our observational skills and predicting what might happen.
