A Fossil Visitor
Last week we had a visit from a real life scientist, Julian from GNS who shared with us fossils he has collected in his travels. It was very interesting to hear the history of his finds.
He carefully explained where he found the rocks and what they contained.One had the jaw of a real dinosaur- an Ichthyosaurus.

I really liked looking at the fossils
Very exciting that Julian came in. I had the pleasure to get to know him a bit during some work projects - interesting scientists and even more interesting stories! How great he shares them in the class room! Thanks for arranging!!!! Very inspiring!
